No. Everything happens in your browser; your files never leave your device. Close the page and no copy remains.
Is this a legal e-signature?
It adds an image of your signature to the page; it isn't a certificate-based digital signature. It's fine for everyday things like accepting a quote.
Do accents and other scripts work?
Yes. Text is turned into an image in your browser before it's added, so any characters your device can show will work.
