Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of QuoteNod (https://quotenod.com), operated by Göksel Eren Nurcan. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: gerennurcan@hotmail.com.
2. The service
QuoteNod lets businesses create quotes/estimates, share them by link, and record customer acceptance. Quotes are not invoices or tax documents; you are responsible for invoicing, taxes and any legal requirements in your country.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email address, be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your quotes and for having permission to process your customers' data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use QuoteNod for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading quotes, spam, or to infringe others' rights, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. Plans and payments
The Free plan is limited (currently 3 quotes per month, with QuoteNod branding). Paid plans, when offered, will be billed in advance through a payment provider; prices and terms will be shown before purchase.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you use the Free plan). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
