1. Who we are

QuoteNod (https://quotenod.com) is operated by Göksel Eren Nurcan ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for account data. Contact: gerennurcan@hotmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and sign-in records (magic-link authentication; we do not store passwords).

Business data you enter: business name, phone, email, address, tax ID, logo, default currency.

Quote data: your customers' names, phone numbers and email addresses, line items, prices, notes, and the customer's accept/decline response and optional note.

Technical data: IP address, browser information and request logs processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; we only set cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language.

3. How we use data

To provide the service (creating, sharing and tracking quotes), to send sign-in emails and service notifications (e.g. when a customer responds), to keep the service secure, and to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases (GDPR / KVKK): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and legal obligations.

4. Your customers' data

When you add customer details to a quote, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share them with us. We process this data on your behalf only to provide the service. Anyone with a quote's secret link can view that quote.

5. Processors

Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) — data hosted in the EU (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1).

Vercel (application hosting and content delivery) — may process request data globally, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses.

Resend (transactional email delivery), when email notifications are enabled.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual quotes at any time, and delete your account in Settings, which permanently removes your profile and all quotes. Backups and logs held by our processors are deleted on their regular cycles.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority (e.g. your local EU authority or KVKK in Türkiye). To exercise your rights, email gerennurcan@hotmail.com.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to quotes is restricted per account by database row-level security; customer links use long unguessable tokens.

9. Children

QuoteNod is a business tool and is not intended for people under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
